Requisites for Vinculo Familiar with child born in Mexico

GuestPoster2406

During a visit to the INM office in Monterrey I was given a form of requisites for Permanent   Residency in Mexico through having a daughter with a Mexican women.  I remember mentioning her age (28) and not getting any negative response and can't find a reference to minor vs. adult in the form as making a difference. However I spoke with a lawyer recommended by a trusted lawyer who said the child must be a minor.  I'll be contacting INM with the question as soon as possible but am curious if anyone out there might know.  Thanks, Eric

@ericskyrasmusen If your daughter is a Mexican Citizen she can immigrate you through the dual citizenship (doble nacional) program.
