Don't get the same job as mentioned at offer letter

sir,

I'm working in saudi arabia as a invetory controller but I came here as the basis of civil engineer as mentioned at offer letter. Now i want to go to india for a better carrier. What can i do to get final exit from here at no cost because they didn't pay me salary till now , its one and half month.

I have no money.

please help.
