Hi I am trying to find out the cost of transferring Land (no building) from one family member to another. There is no money involved so I am not sure how this is calculated. I know normally there is a 5% Land Tax (value of property) and also Notary is 2%. As there is no money being exchanged (not a sale), just exchange of ownership, how and what are the charges?
