Work visa fee problem

Dear all,

i’m working with some X company and have visit visa and they applied my visa on dated 04.12.22

and it’s successful applied next day. And i was told by My HR that my visa is approved 12.12.22. And they paid my fee on 23 dec. but the agent told us that i have offence under my name and she couldn’t pay the visa fee i.e 232BHD. In the means time they extend some other peoples visa and successfully paid.

… the problem i come up is i did the extension and last one was expired on 08.12.22 is it possible after the visa status is in process i can get offence of over staying?

other then that I didn’t find any solution also. I was hired someone else earlier and i worked there for one month and when they applied for my visa there is some salary issues and i left that company but they already applied my visa . And after 27 working days my visa was cancelled by. LMRA/issuing authorities.. is that camy make any kinda offence on me or not?

i need some possible problem with the solutions…

Question is if you were overstaying when visa was applied? And even if it is over stay offence, it can be settled with fine and visa issued. Check with npra.
