Job Brief:-
As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
 provide secretarial and administrative work for the head of a department or Office.
 answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
 Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings & appointments
 Typing, preparing and collating reports.
 Develop and maintain a filing system.
 Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
 Tasks Follow-up.

 High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
 Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
 High level of proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook…… etc.)
 Well groomed and excellent attitude.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
