IT MANAGER
- Responsible for the design, implementation and operation of infrastructure computing topics.
- Configure routers, switches,wireless LANs, and other networking devices(CCNA).
- Providing security services that include monitoring network traffic, detecting intrusions, identifying threats, preventing attacks, responding to incidents, and recovering from disasters.
- Providing VPN gateways for our customer networks to connect our service as well as operating our own CISCO VPN gateways.
- Migrating from Pfsense Firewall to PaloAlto.
- Assisting with updating policies and procedures as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in developing data protection strategies and implementing solutions to provide data security, privacy, and integrity GDPR.
- Good experience of working with Microsoft products.
- Support and document the design, project planning and implementation of high availability solutions based on VMWare.
- Integrate and configure extended network services (MS Active Directory, Terminal Services, DNS, etc.)
- Manage the annual budget and ensure profitability
- Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems, VMs
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Manage all physical infrastructure, including virtual machine management and provisioning
- Manage IT requests from S&B employees (i.e. virtual machine with entervo system running)
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and evaluating their performance
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Act in accordance with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions on time
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
- Monitor system and network performance
- Maintain licenses and update schedules.
