Effect of fine on PR and Nationality

Few days back my wife got fined by police (170euro) for using phone while riding bike, even though she was not using phone but just holding phone in hand. My question is does this fine has any impact on PR application and if she apply for nationality in future.

If this will occurs multiple times police normally put in there verification report. This consider as careless citizenship..

If it is once Normally do not impact in the future application..
