Application date is in his post above. Usually first status (en traitement) appears in a month or so after the file is sent from consulate.

Yes, family reunion visa. The date of application was Nov 9 and the application was registered at the Immigration office on the 15th of December. Then for a long time there was no updates until 2 days ago. To me it seems that there are a lot of pending applications and it's just taking time to go through them.

Hi.

There is my husband's dependent visa timeline,

Submitted: 20/12/21

Registered: 14/02/22

And today I received a email from ibz, it said I need send a signed accommodation contract. Then I sent it at once.

Anyone know how long does it take？

Hi All,

I have applied Family Visa under Family reunification with a foreigner staying for a limited period (Article 10bis §2) from Mumbai Consulate. I am from Flanders Region.

My family had VFS appointment March 15th. I am able to see the status in IBZ website from April 6th.

I had given Stay start date as May 1st 2022.

I am planning to go to India by June 10th. I have also confirmed school admission for my daughter.

Any idea when I will get the visa approved? Is there anyway to reach the immigration office to track the status?

You may send an email to ibz, with the school admission confirmation and request to speed up processing their application. It may or may not make an impact, but there is no harm trying

@Sezgi Akbal if you must go with your spouse and kid/s, then you must also show IBZ that you have source of income to cover for them, or else, the will not approve theirs. They will only approve yours.

Well your husband 2yr -schegen visa may make a difference.

Hi,

Applied for my wife & son on March 24/2022. Got registered and in treatment since April 27/2022.

Wondering how long before the decision is made? From the above posts, it looks like it takes 12 weeks to 17 weeks (3 to 4 months) for the decision from the date of registration of request at the Belgium embassy.

I really hope it comes sooner for us. Been waiting for a long time and this is our second attempt for the visa

Still the status of the application is 'in treatment'.

Hi,

You send an email to infodesk@ibz.fgov.be with additional documents. Mention the file number on the Subject.
