Urgent: Documents to renew Card A?

Mirage123

Hello,

Sorry if this is a dumb question or readily available information, but I can't seem to find any clear answers and I realise I'm dangerously close to my titre de sejour running out.

What do I need to take with me to the commune to renew my Card A Titre de Sejour? I'm in full-time work on a CDI/indefinite contract.

I've just received my new Annexe 46 and my renewed work permit, but HR at my work is being incredibly unhelpful regarding what I need to do next. I assume I need to take these documents, plus my passport and a passport photo. Is there anything else I need? I managed to get an appointment at the commune tomorrow, so should be ok on that front...

Hi,

Based on my experience, if you go to the commune with just the Annexe 46, a passport photo, and your expiring A card, it should be sufficient. They will ask you to pay for the new card and will contact you once it’s ready for collection.

In the meantime, if your current card expires, they should issue an Annexe 15 (not so sure about the number x)) to cover your legal residence in case of a workplace/police inspection.

Great, I'll make sure I have all those things then. Thanks very much!

Just your renewed Annex 46 , Passport Photo, Current Residence Card and 25 euros. They will collect your residence card and issue an annex to you. 2 weeks later you will receive a pin in the mail and you would use that to collect your new card, go with the annex + your pin to collect your new card.
