Expat.com policy for posting ads for property sales in Belgium

Hi, I tried to post an ad for selling a studio in Brussels but thr ad was rejected since not in line with Expat.com policy. The automatic reply said I should ask the community... do you know where I can find the relevant rules so that I can chamge my ad and post it?
