EU Family Reunification Type of VISA

@Hanney Bustami i think you need to apply family reunification visa which is longer than 90 days , go on the belgium embassy of indonesia and look for the requirement and then start from there

As you are already legally married (I assume the marriage is registered in Indonesia), as the previous comment states, the best is to apply for family reunion visa (type D or MVV as it is called in Netherlands).

@Aneesh hi, we are married in Nederland. and i have not register our married in Indonesia , as after married, we have to wait for the Married certificate from the municipal which is came after i back to Jakarta, so I cant register / not able to get it register in In Indonesian Consulate in De Haag to get the register foreign married letter from them.

I check the website again, yes for my case, i am applying reunification Visa to join my EU citizen ( non Belgian Spouse ) spouse which is fall in VISA C ,visa Directive 2004/038.

i check the link for booking appointment visa, only Short Visa type have this purpose off visit.

@Aneesh we are moving to Belgium for good. We are going to use Belgium rote ( Againts EU Law) to stay as family.

Does your husband already have a job in Belgium and a place to live ?

@Aneesh yes. he had a job will start 8/june, and we have house contract for 1 year, renewable.

he had a job ? or he will start working in June ?

He may have to show consistent income to support you.
