I don't have any specific info for you on the hospital. Do you have residency or a cedula or are you looking for a work visa?  What type of position?

I m still present in US, looking to relocate next year

My background is emergency management, Paramedic, Firefighter and teaching allied health

A few things to keep in mind:

1) Salaries here are much, much lower than in the US.

2) You will likely need to be fluent in Spanish. IIRC, your wife is Dominican, so you might already speak Spanish.

3) You'll need to either have a cedula or get a work visa.

Can I get a cedula without being a resident or owning property in DR

@hwcems

No you cannot get residency or cedula without jumping through a bunch of hoops and qualifying.

Unless your Spanish is fluent and you can live on low wages a hospital job won't sustain you

Owning property doesn't qualify.

You will have to become a legal resident to work here.  That means you have to have the financial ability to qualify for that.  If you were "lucky" to get a job at that hospital.  then can you live on 10,000 to 15,000 RD a month if you have fluent Spanish.  This is a Public Clinic and the wages will be LOW.  Can you live on $200 to $300 USD here monthly?

Getting a work visa is very unlikely for that hospital or just about anywhere else in your situation, so that is not a realistic option to pursue.

The bottom line is the DR is not a place to come and work unless you can do it online for real money.  Local wages are not going to sustain you well.
