How to know if a sponsor is blacklisted

That is a debatable point.  Many issues in this e.g. privacy, defamation law suits and so on.

My sister was told in the airport in the philippines that her visa was cancelled but it shows in the evisa system that it is still valid. Could it be possible the sponsor is blacklisted?

You cannot do anything most probably the Sponsor is blacklisted. Even if they apply for a new visit visa it will be rejected. Only apply for an Employment visa from a company.

@topinsight01 thanks for your answer, we check the visa its still valid, we contacted the sponsor about it he insisted he has no violation or whatsoever, but in the airport in the philippines my sister was told that she need to change the sponsor of the visa. She was not aloud to check in because of the visa.

You will have to check with the airport authority in the Philippines. If the visa is showing valid there is nothing your sponsor can do about anything outside Bahrain. Did the passenger try to Fly with Gulf Air or any other airline?

@topinsight01 its gulf air, they did not even provide proof that it was cancelled they just said there is problem with the sponsor and the immigration here in bahrain refused it.

So it might be cancelled in their internal system which you will not be able to see.

@XTang what you should do if you want to apply a black list against your sponsor?

For what reason?    It only happens if they are violating immigration laws, for example, selling visas.  Disputes don't lead to any blacklist.
