Can I enter SA with a NHS negative PCR test on my phone?

hi there
In my past experience I would print it. Usually, the Port Authority collects the test along with the THQ-Entry Form.

I would suggest have a printed version with you also
As long as it’s done 72 hours before you arrive I don’t foresee any issues
