We're moving to Brussels Saint Jose-1210 Area, is there any Dutch Public School nearby? Also can anyone clarify is there any specific format for TC who comes from India? If so please share the details

You dont need a TC I believe. Just carry the normal format one just in case.

As you don't speak Dutch, please consider the best option and that is the community majority language of French. I would be considering schools just outside Saint-josse such as la Vierge Fidele or la Retraite du Sacre-Coeur.
