I shall be exiting Bahrain but would be coming back in a month or so. Are visit visas being issued currently?

They are but it is not easy now for unsponsored visas i.e. the ones on evisa.gov.bh. Sponsored ones are happening but quite a few rejections. Visa on arrival is not a problem.
