Hello everyone,

While there is still a certain amount of uncertainty in our lives, the situation seems to be beginning to change in Tunisia and globally.
We have had to show courage, tenacity and even ingenuity in many areas, in the way we work, in being alone or with our families, in how we look after our children, or we channel our stress and emotions in the face of this health crisis that has turned our daily lives upside down.
We wanted to hear your feedback on these last few months in Tunisia.

What will you remember from this very special period?

Have these unusual times allowed you discover things about yourselves or your loved ones?

Did this period lead you to make changes in your lifestyle that you would like to maintain in the future? If so, which ones?

How do you plan for the future in Tunisia? Have the last few weeks caused you to review your priorities or certain projects?

In my opinion the Tunisian Government acted quickly & responsibly on behalf of its own citizens & expats, much quicker than others but specifically England. I adhered to all instruction given which was easy to do with regular updates from both the Tunisian & UK Governments. On a personal level I have eaten better & exercised more & this is what I shall continue to do. Sadly my travel insurance brought me back to my home last week & I am not happy to have left a safe environment to travel to England & through London where advice & legislation that is less robust than Tunisia is also largely ignored & treated with disdain by some of the public and the country’s own legislators! I am now back in Scotland a country much more like Tunisia in its attitude to device & control of this dreadful pandemic. I am desperate to return how Tunisia & my home & family there.

Thanks Loic really upset I’m not there. Look forward to updates on airspace re-opening but think it unlikely before July.

I'm an American living in Tunisia. From everything I have heard from back home, it's much safer for me to be here.
The American Embassy has been great in keeping up with the citizens living here and my husband and his family are very good about keeping me sheltered.
I have Lupus and the medicine I take knocks out my immune system, so I am someone who is on a strict lockdown.

Thank you. Since I have the email from the Embassy that has lifted restrictions for Americans, I have ventured out for a quick walk and a trip to the store.
Even though I have lived here for almost 4 years now I'm an American citizen and will follow what they tell me to the letter.
Normally I am a home body, but since being forced to stay in all I want to do is just go everywhere.
