Iam looking to immigrate to Canada. But the new rules mostly need Doctors and nurses. Are there some provinces in Canada which don't ask for the points. I mean which province is easier to immigrate?

Are there some companies in some provinces in Canada can hire people overseas to work in positioins like sales. Such as the north of Canada.?
