1 year multiple visa after 180 days renewal through absher or not ?

Greetings ,

My wife is holding one year multiple visa and done the extension for 180 days successfully . Now the 180 days will be expire on NOV- 21st - 2019 . When i am checking through abs her its showing "The Visit Visa (VV) can be extended only within the (seven) days before expiry date or within 3 day after expiry date". Is it possible to extend 90 more days through absher ? . According tho the rule she must have to exist and come back . Kindly reply . already i have send request to apply Bahrain Visa . If possible 90 more days i can cancel the VISa for Bahrain .

We can extend the visa after 90 days through absher . But my question is very clear after 180 days can we extend through absher . As pe my understanding we cannot extend the visa after 180 days through absher . Need to go exit and come again .
