November - do you not think its better leaving it till Jan-feb only a suggestion - December Christmas is upon us and certain companies that could possibly be looking to hire you may not be able to meet the right people - ideally if you could make the contacts before you come and then at least you have some concrete meetings in 2020 as I personally b believe with expo 2020 looming companies will be stepping up a gear or three so catching them at the right time would be a positive, also Nov- Dec - Jan hotels etc usually a lot higher in price - just a thought I know its difficult making the move I have done it before and I am going back again in January but have secured my position
