REG: Visa information after employment pass

Hi Team,

I would like to know what to do on this situation.

My wife is from Thailand and works in Malaysia with a valid employment pass, and my son born in Malaysia holding a Thai passport with valid dependent pass.

In need of taking care of my child, my wife couldn't continue the job anymore. The company want to cancel the employment pass to exit to our country.

We cannot fly now , since my child health condition not fit to fly - just 2 month old baby. what to do in this case.

We requested for NOC until the visa expire, company refuse to do it.  What to do  - i would like to stay in malaysia for 6 months until my child health gets okay. How i can sort this out ? 


Please help , need a valuable reply.

I would suggest you write a letter of appeal to the director of immigration explaining your case by attaching the doctors reports stating the health situation of your son and personally deliver the appeal to the directors office under signature

They are very considerate in genuine cases and will definitely give you a special pass on medical grounds
