Hi all!

I am having issues with my.t services for my internet connection, they just stop my connection without any reasons and despite having made multiple complaints, i still don't have any internet connection.

It's been already 2 months now that they did not respond to my complaints. I tried calling 8902 many times, but to no avail, they just tell you that they are working on it but still nothing has been done.

I tried many times also complaining at their shop for my internet connection, but same thing, they just tell it's still processing and they themselves don't know when it will be fixed, they just say that the technician will get in touch with me but no one responded till now.

Hi,

We are sorry that you are encountering issues with your Internet but as an expat platform, there's little anyone can do to help you here.

MyT is usually very responsive to complaints and queries. Delays etc do occur but I don't think it takes over 2 months if it's a technical issue. Usually over 8902, they will be able to tell you the problem and have a team get over to your place to find out what's wrong.

You have little options here other than to get back to them and make an inquiry why it's taking long to fix your problem.
