Hi Team,
My visa will expire after 5 July but My company wants me to stay till 7 July.The company is ready to pay 20 OMR fine for two extra days.Will I face any issues at airport while travelling back to my country even if I pay 20 OMR fine?

Usually, a 30-day grace period is granted for any visa renewals. So you should not really have an issue while leaving Oman.
Just to be on the safe side and to cover your risk, let your employer / sponsor know in advance that they must take all the responsibility for your safe and secure exit.
