How do I remove a car registered under my name without selling it

Hi,

Can anyone help me if is it possible to remove a car under my name but I will not sell or transfer it to other person? I just want to get rid of this car under my name.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Does that mean the car is to be scrapped?

If possible, I don't want it to be scrapped because maybe someone might get an interest on it, just maybe..

You cannot remove a car under your name without:

1) Selling it
2) Transferring it to someone (not selling just gifting)
3) Getting it scrapped and presenting certificate that it has been done
4) Exporting it out of Saudi whether to yourself or relatives
