Company Terminating Employees

Dear Team,

Some company give termination to employees saying that they dont have more business.
Also they get the letter signed as resignation. (Instead of Termination)
As those employees has their families here and children going to schools.
Is there any way where we can raise a complain to the ministry either to get their job retained or requesting for NOC.

Please advise !!!

Why would the employees sign on the letter if they are not resigning on their own ??

If the employees are being terminated (for whatever reason), then the company has to give them letters of termination only.

Now, if the employees feel that they are being unfairly terminated (the reason cited above is fair), then they have every right to contest the claim.

They can go to their local embassies, or can report to the Ministry of Manpower, or even go to the ROP, who would tell them what they must do to get a fair hearing from competent authorities.
