Hello Everyone,
I'm currently in my final year of medical school in Russia and I was considering where to do my internship. I am a citizen of Nigeria but I reside in Spain. I would love to work in English that's why I don't want to make Spain my first choice. My question is; is it true that getting internship in Malta will be impossible? As I heard they tell you if you didn't school in Malta of Uk chances of getting a space is almost impossible.

Depends as ever. But they do not pay for internships here so I bet they will take who they can get 
Certainly I know people who do not match what you said who got some in the travel industry
