Should we submit the WP and RP together to get the Annexure - 8.
I would need to the RP to be retained until new my new WP is processed and new RP card is issued against the new work permit.
Can I just submit the existing WP to the commune and retain the RP card to get the annexure-8.
Pls clarify in this process.

There is no process called deregistering WP. Deregistering means you return your RP. There is no way around.
