I am moving from Germany to Belgium (Brussels area, Dutch-speaking part). I would like to take my car with me to Belgium and I would like to know if anyone did this before.
I found some vague explanations and calculators here and there, but nothing really concrete which says the annual road tax for this particular car. Can anyone point me to some reliable data and share their experience with the procedure of transporting their cars from another mainland EU country.
Any inputs would be really appreciated.

You will have to use the online translation because there is no official information in English.
On the other hand, you will only be able for three months maximum with your German plates. After that it will be necessary to register your vehicle in the Belgian system.
