Residence Card for Family Members of EU Citizens

Hello, I'm a Turkish citizen married to a Dutch citizen, my Dutch husband is living and working here in Bucharest and I applied for the residence card for the family members of EU citizens within due time, around 60 days ago. I know it says on immigration office's website that it can take up to 90 days to get this card but I'm starting to get impatient.

Do you know if the immigration office takes their time with this procedure? If you went through a similar process, how long has it took for your residence card to be issued? Should I be worried that I still didn't hear from the immigration office?

Also, how do I know when it's issued? Do I get a postal officer at my door, or do I get a call, e-mail?

I would really appreciate your help to curb my impatience.

Thank you all in advance!

This or that, who cares as long as you are going on the right track
Good luck anyways
