Me and my husband are planning a trip to US for vacation.We are Indians with Schengen visa and want to know the process how to apply for US tourist visa from here.
Belgium has a VISA waiver from US..and Belgian citizens need to get approval 72 hours prior to their travel under ESTA.
Please let me know if we have to follow some other processes.

You are not eligible for visa waiver program.
If you have a Belgian residence permit, you can apply in the US consulate here for a tourist visa to US.

Is your starting point.
If you are on short term schengen visa in Belgium, it's not possible to apply for US Visa in the US consulate here.
