My Romanian bf and i are engaged and this sote for me is very helpful to gather some informations to answers sometimes of what bothers me... i enjoyed reading your comments here.. really gives me ideas and hopeful to recieve your helpful advices here...

I am from Philippines and my Romanian bf and i are planning to get married there and my question is what do we need to do to get me? i mean requirements to prepare and procedures to follow, please do help me because were so new in this matter and were confused sometimes.. we really love each other and we wanna make it through.. thank u all guys here...youre all so helpful

I would think your boyfriend needs to contact the Romanian Embassy for information and advice.
