Good day! I just want to ask if any in the group from the Philippines who just applied for Visa D and their partner live in German part community of Belgium.

My questions are:
1. What did you attach to your application for proof of lodging?
2. How many payslips did you attach?

I hope for your respond.

Jill

P.S for Marriage Registration, how long you wait before it was registered in your town hall?

If you search this website, you will a lot of discussion on this topic. From these discussions, you can see who are the ones having experience in this matter or in the process of application/documentation. You may ask them.

For example: https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=499174https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=279638

My questions are:
1. What did you attach to your application for proof of lodging?
-> A registered rental contract (if rented house/apartment) by your spouse or proof of ownership (if own house/apartment)
2. How many payslips did you attach?
-> Latest 6 must be enough.

Thank you so much.
