Family visit need NOC ?

Hi good day .. i want to ask something i hope i can get an answer to anyone who knows .. thank you in advanz ..
here is my situation .. im working before in oman and apply again but my former employer fake his signature to my Noc so the immograrion refuse for me getting in .. so my supposted to be my work again was lost and the working visa was cancelled .. now my hysband want me to come as family visit .. do i need an NOC again to get in oman or no need ? hope someone can answer my question.. shukran

Hi ikawmisko,

Any employed expatriate who has left the employment in Oman and has exited the Sultanate must have the NOC from the last employer to come back (on any visa) within 2-years from the date of departure.
