Accommodation in Brussels - Relocation Agents

Hi - has anyone used any Relocation Agents in Brussels and got any recommendations? There's a list [link moderated], has anyone used any of them? We'll be moving in January but won't know which EU school we'll be allocated to until just before we move 
So was thinking of using a Relocation Agent to help us find somewhere fast at that stage, especially as I hear of bad experiences signing up to contracts without knowing Belgium rules. However can't afford huge fees either. Any advice welcome, thanks.
