Hi i want to know about my brother who is here in visit visa since 2 month from dubai and his visa will expire in 29 july.He already have offer letter from a good company they applied for him but it was cancell and they want to apply again but the visit visa is going to expire.so he can overstay because he have offer letter akready or not..

Hi,
It is never a good thing to overstay with a visit visa, ask his potential employer whether they can try to extend his visit visa duration as they will be applying for a work visa.
