Hi, in a few months I'm going to Germany and I would like to start ausbildung but I don't speak German, is it necessary for the program?

"Ausbildung" (=Apprenticeship) is a combination of (mostly) practical work in a company plus (some) schooling in a vocational school.
The schooling (and all related exams) is entirely in German.
Whether you need German for the practical work depends on the company (which you have to apply at and convince that you will be a good apprentice). In most cases language skills are required.
