Ausbildung in summer

The nursing Ausbildung takes 3 years and pays monthly for the study as we know. I wonder what happened in the summer? do they still pay? Does the study continues in the summer? or it doesn't?

You are expecting a detailed answer to a very general question. One training program might have differences to another. Simply ask the people in charge.

An apprenticeship consists of classes (at a Berufsschule) and practical work in a company or institution. Only the classes have summer vacations (often self-study and exams are in this period), the company or institution (who pays the allowance) typically does not.
But as Tom wrote above: You better ask the company or institution you want to be trained in what their policies are!
