Hi
OK i'll verify but if it is not possible with Citibank you can see Western Union or AL BARAKA BANK. you can find their offices in your home country

fawwad

hi Bassem,

this is the response i received from citi bank tunisia.

First of all, we would like to thank you for the interest that you have for Citi Tunisia. Unfortunately, we are not specialized in retail banking but more into multinationals, large companies and financial institutions as we are a corporate and investment bank in Tunisia.

You can contact any other local bank here in Tunisia and they will be happy to help you,

so, i think i have to try ALBARAKA Bank
thank you for giving me ALBARAKA bank
