Average rental prices in El Rehab

Hello,

My family will move to Cairo next summer and we plan to live in El Rehab, because it is very close to our workplace. How much rent should I expect to pay for a 3 bedroom flat, furnished, in LE? I hope I can pay no more than 4000 LE, is this realistic?

I don't think so!
My friend used to live in Rehab 2 .. He was paying 6500 for 2 rooms, furnished
But anyway rehab has its website and it has its app on App Store and android ehixh called Rehabian you can take a look there to get an idea

Hello. I am the owner of a flat in rehab city with two bedrooms ,two bathrooms, 3 receptions with all equipment and elegant furniture . It is in 5 the floor with elevator .for 5000 le .if you are interested I can send you pictures,
You will not pay excess fees because there is no broker . Thanks

You can find an apt with this price outside rehab

Madinaty is 5 minutes away and is much nicer and cheaper .
