I am a mid level operations manager for an international 5 star catering company. I'm considering a couple of years in Dubai to take it to the next level, but I am skeptical of all the enticing job postings out there. What is the approximate compensation package that I could expect from one of the swanky hotels. It can't possibly be as good as it sounds. Also, though I have jumped ship and lived apbroad many times, now I have a year old daughter. What can I expect her life to be like? Also my husband is Cuban and a telecommunications engineer. Does anyone know how he would fare?
Any insights from Moms and hospitality professionals is greatly welcome.
