good morning every body:
i working in a company from last 22 years,i got a good offer in Bahrain other company.which is much better than present,i given resign almost 15 days but no one is agree to receive that and also it seems they are not serious to release me even i spoken to owner of the company there is no positive reply.i was thinking to leave with good relation butt it seems it will not happen,also other company can not wait for so long.Please Guide me what i shell do,also about my service pay and indemnity our company made their own system they are not paying as per present salary,they are paying as per the salary on that year which we join and as our salary increased time to time they will calculate accordingly,please guide me.

According to Bahrain Labour Law, indemnity is paid according to the last drawn salary please refer to the link

Hi,
In such case that nobody wants to accept and receive your resignation letter, you can go send it to registered mail. So they have to receive it whether they like it or not. Since they don't want you to go, there is a possibility that they make some problem with you. And so to avoid "RUN AWAY" case , registered mail is the best proof that you given a resignation with specific reason and effectivity date.
But if you can speak and settle things out in the HR department the better. Its just a matter of compromise. Good luck and wish you all the best in your next endeavor.
