Visa will be issue after you send your passport copy, as the visa should have your full name as per the passport, so if they did not ask for the passport copy yet, it mean the visa not process till now.

Thank you for  the reply Sir. The hospital has a copy of my passport ,the original is with me . The hospital had told me yhst they have initiated the visa process

I think it is the credentialing process and medical licensing that is more time consuming. I have started this process early May. My visa was ready in the MOI website 3 weeks later however, no sign from HMC that the process is complete nor they asked me to hand my notice from my current job. Prepare your self for the long wait with lots of questions and not many answers. I was informed from the start by my agent that the process will take 6 months or even longer.
Realistically speaking he whole process may take 12-18 months or so!!

Thanks for the reply Sunny , as you told the wait is very frustrating .I had already finished the verification and temporary licensing process I was told to wait for applying for Police clearance and good standing certificate till after I receive the visa. The hospital has told that they have initiated the visa process but when I check the MOI site says" sorry requested visa not found". So I am confused whether the visa process had started or not

What does cash allowance towards accommodation mean , will they give the whole amount mentioned or will it  depend on vary according to the rent I pay

If your work is with HMC or PHCC and you are entitled to accommodation but if you do not want to take it, you can claim certain amount to rent another accommodation. Details of this would be in the job offer. I am not sure if they will give the whole amount or just what you pay but as rent is expensive in Qatar, you are more likely to spend more than the cash allowance stated.

1 month seems too short for the credentialing from my experience.

Education , registration Certificate verification and experience verification took at the max 1 month 10 days it was done by DATAFLOW .I have the process done by Al Ahli hospital which will be employing me.Tracking of the verification process was available on their website .

Why My coordinator says my visa is under process but the MOI website doesnt show anything ?!
He insists that he has applied my visa on 16 dec 2021 and its under process . But Im confused . Why MOI finds nothing with my pass number ?

I don't know but visas do not take more than 15 days

It should reflect in MOI or give a call to helpline or ask him the visa number

As mentioned earlier kindly ask your coordinator to share with you the
Visa Number or the Application Number and then you can contact the MOI helpline.

Hello wilson . As You told me to ask my application number or visa number , I asked it from my coordinator many times . He shared with me a number which starts with IMMIG and I came to know this is the immigration number . He told me we only get this number which starts with IMMIG !
I called the MOI helpdesk they told me that application numbers start with VP and we can not help you with this number .
Im really confused . Why do u think he doesnt have my application number ?!

Did you ask the coordinator to share Visa Receipt if he applied online or through gharafa immigration Department.

@crown7051 sir I gave about more than one month online interview for qatar and the company HR asked my passport copy and gave me offer which I accepted and returned to them with sign attached and now company managee telling me that our company name is going to change and also told me company will give u another company visa and here u reached they will convert into own company and ur visa under process and for one month Iam asking they are telling me same it is under process but now when I visit moi qatar visa status and check with passport number it shows requested visa not found sorry what it means pls make me understand   thanks

@1718zahrarostami Hello, did you get your visa? I'm in the same situation, hr says they've already got my visa but in the moi qatar shows not found.

Hi Fen you need to approach the PRO of your applied company, they are one who will have the information, if you search from Passport no and no result found . sometimes they just process the documents not applied.
Just follow up.
