Hi, I'm from South Africa. I'm 19 years old and I'm considering an exchange student program in Europe. My home language is Afrikaans but I do study in English at university. If I considered studies in Belgium or any other European country for that matter must I write the TOEFL/IELTS test in order for them to know if I'm proficient/fluent enough in English? I also have a Dutch passport. Can anyone please just tell me more about exchange student programs throughout Europe, e.g. costs, accommodation etc.
