Hi,

I would like to ask you a few questions regarding the hiring process of HMC. I found similar topics but still need to ask you something. I have been interviewed last week for a managerial position at HMC (phone interview). At the end of the interview, the lead HR told me that he will pass me to the line manager where he will do the rest. What does that mean? Am I successful and they will continue the process through the line manager or I am still at the beginning? Also, could you please let me know about the next steps? I have already sent copy of my passport and other documents (copy of degree certificates etc).

Thanks

That means you are still on hold while conducting the phone interview they do the conference call, you may not know how many delicates are listening to you on conference call.

I am sure the HR was not the alone person taking your interview.

Wait for one week, if you don't hear anything from them. Email the concern person he will let you know. Best of luck

Hi and thanks for your reply!

Do you know how long does it take for the whole process? I ve seen that many people wait for up to a year for their response. In this case, if you get an offer from other companies, what's the point to wait for their response?

Thanks

Wilson

True people wait for ages but it all depend on the hiring department team. Just follow up.  :)

You are right Wilson! The question is whether to keep looking for another job or stuck there waiting for their response..Difficult decision as I believe that they provide good employment package!

@uk83uk keep trying, if you find one inform them or else stick with Hmc offer. Always keep an option so at last up you will not suffer.

OK! Thanks a lot!
