Hi and welcome to the forum.

First thing you need to do is see if you qualify for a visa. For visa information and applications www.immigration.govt.nz
There is a list of required skills on this site so if your skills are on the list you have preference for a visa. These are issued on a points system which means the more points you get the better chance you have of getting a visa.
Your formal qualifications have to be verified by the department before they area accepted.
