I am currently doing some research on UK experts in Qatar in regards to budget cuts on UK pensions for an article im writing. If this is applicable to you, please contact me to answer 4 questions and gain some expert knowledge on how to protect your pension when living over seas.

What happens to the pension contributions of non citizens working in the UK? Let's a guy from Qatar works in the UK for 2 yrs, and contributes for 24 months at a rate of 4pc of his basic, and the employer puts in another 8pc of his basic. Can he collect it after 2 yrs if he plans to move out of the UK?
