Which is more difficult? Finding a shared flat or finding a job?

In my opinion finding a shared flat is more difficult than finding a job for the following reasons:
- There are more jobs offered than flats for sharing.
- Jobs do not depend much on what your nationality is. Flat sharing very much does (try calling and hear for yourself).
- If you are accepted for a job normally you take the job. If you find a flat many times you don't like living there.
- If you start the job you start earning money. If you start living in a shared flat you pay money. 
- In a job you have a manager to complain to against your colleagues. Shared flat ... EVICTION
