ONLINE Re-Entry Exit Visa for me and my wife

You can't apply YOUR exit re-entry visa yourself. Your employer can.

That thing is for your dependents ONLY.

Anyways, the procedure is:
1- Complete the registration on the MOI website.
2- On completing above, you'll see the list of locations Absher machines are located. Just visit one and complete registration.

while registering
there are four steps
1- Registeration Request
2- Request verification
3- Account Creation
4- Account activation

the step 1 is done successfuly moving on to step 2 and here always it stucks after sending the code to my mobile
I enters activatin code and then identification number
then PRESS OK
and it does nothing from here..
Do you have any idea why it happens, i am trying since a week,

OK the issue is RESOLVED,
I have asked this in my department,
Basically i changed my browser from CHROME to IE and its OK now.

That is the rule of thumb if you wan't to use ANY saudi government website. The sites are made with Internet Explorer in mind.

FYI
Even today when I visited ABSHER MACHINES locations (jawazat, stc mall, royal mall) they all were not working, Even these machines and applications were deployed and developed by our company but not allowed to do so any operation,
So as usual I applied for WASTA :p and it worked WITHOUT ABSHER I made MOI portal login and issued visa for my spouse myself now we are leaving for holidays in few days
