Getting a job in Finalnd on Schengen Visa which is of 90 days

Hi friends. I am an Indian planning to come to Finland on schngen visa. I always wanted to visit Finland once in my life, so now I am taking a step to come there for 90 days. So I would like to know can I give interviews there if I come on schengen visa. I am having a MBA-Marketing with 4 years exp in advertising and pharma marketing, can anyone tell me is it possible for me to fetch a job in this 90 days without having Finnish speaking ability
