I need to find a art school for my brother . crafts and design painting . I can't seem to find an academy for arts here in mauritius

or are they any retired art teacher that can teach the basic of painting .

Maybe I can help you. I am not a professional teacher. But I graduated from the Russian Academy of Arts. Now work as designer. And in addition to the basic work I like to paint and to draw. If you are interested, please send me a personal message to some of the details. What is the age and what level of artistic education of your brother. Painting what materials you are interested. Where you are geographically here.
